Now...Isolated to widely scattered showers and a perhaps a thunderstorm will continue to be possible almost anywhere across the extreme southern Texas panhandle and western south plains late this afternoon. Any storms that develop will move very slowly and be capable of producing moderate to heavy downpours. Although a majority of the area will not experience any rainfall...A few locations May see a quick tenth to a quarter inch...With isolated higher amounts.
