Now...Regional weather discussion... At 4 am... Radar continued to show a small cluster of showers and thunderstorms over northeast and north central Oklahoma. Most of the rain was falling to the east of a winfield...Kansas to kaw city and hominy line. The storms were developing slowly to the west and May affect parts of kay...Noble and payne counties over the next one to two hours. The stronger storms will produce very heavy rainfall...Frequently cloudy to ground lightning and small hail. Elsewhere partly cloudy skies were noted with temperatures ranging from the mid 60s to lower 70s. Winds were generally light and variable.
