Now...At 355 pm...The national weather service doppler radar in shreveport indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms extending from near jacksonville Texas...Across many Louisiana and winnfield to near hebert Louisiana...Moving to the northwest at 20 to 25 miles an hour. Expect these showers and thunderstorms to continue to develop over parts of east Texas and north Louisiana through the afternoon. Rainfall will be spotty and generally less than two tenths of an inch in an hours time...However isolated spots May receive near one inch totals in brief heavy downpours.
