Holliday, TX Weather

Nowcast

Now...Regional weather discussion.. At 330 pm... Scattered showers and thunderstorms across the southern fourth of Oklahoma... And into western north Texas. Isolated showers were also near el reno and ada. Although instability is sufficient for severe storms... Vertical wind profiles do not support organized storms... So the stronger storms will mainly produce very heavy rain. A few will be capable of producing hail... And possibly strong winds. Individual storms will last about half an hour... But the overall area of storms will likely persist until after sunset. Most of the showers and storms were nearly stationary... Except in southeast Oklahoma where most of the storms were moving toward the east or southeast at About 10 mph. However... The strongest storms were moving north at About 15 mph.
