Now...Through 5 pm...Isolated showers will continue to develop and move northwest at Around 20 mph across portions of south Texas. These showers will occur mainly over the southern coastal bend and rio grand plains. These showers will produce brief moderate to heavy rain with rainfall totals of generally 1/4 inch. Isolated rainfall amounts near 1 inch will be possible in heavier downpours.
