Now...Scattered showers...Some with heavy rain...Will continue to move northwest across portions of deep south Texas through late morning. The heaviest rainfall will occur in a band from southern jim hogg county...Across central hidalgo county...Into western cameron county. A shower with heavy rainfall dumped over 1/2 inch of rainfall at The brownsville airport within the past hour. The heavier showers will dump between 1/2 and 1 inch with isolated totals between 1 and 1 1/2 inches possible.
