Avondale, TX Weather

Now...Scattered showers and thunderstorms had increased over much of deep south Texas. The heaviest storms were located over northern cameron, southern willacy, southern hidalgo, and eastern kenedy county. Torrential rain of three inches per hour are expected. Excessive runoff will cause flooding of low lying areas and intersections. Motorist are urged to slow down and drive with caution.
