Now...A band of showers was weakening over the tampa bay area...And the showers extended offshore 60 miles southwest of tampa bay. Most places will not have any more rain this evening...But a few spots will see light showers for a few minutes around the tampa bay area. Farther away...A few thunderstorms were located 40 to 60 miles west of sarasota...And these will likely weaken before reaching the coast.
